State of Illinois Medical Fee Schedule

Since 2005 True Course has managed the development of the Illinois Workers' Compensation Medical Fee Schedule. Glen Boyle has represented the interests of the Illinois Workers' Compensation Commission since the start of fee schedule development. True Course has interfaced with key stakeholders, developed actual fee schedules (and supporting rules) and completed numerous statistical studies on the fee schedule. True Course's continued work for the State of Illinois will include educational seminars regarding the medical fee schedule throughout 2009.

Medical Data Call Project for the Wisconsin Insurance Alliance

True Course has managed the largest medical data call project in Wisconsin on behalf of the Wisconsin Insurance Alliance. The project is intended to provide a baseline analysis and stimuli for medical fee schedule discussions in Wisconsin. The project findings and summary presentation are now available for download:

Research and Advisory IAIABC

True Course and Glen Boyle continue to work closely with the IAIABC on a number of advisory projects that require original research and analysis.

Bill Review Services

In 2009 True Course continues to provide a limited and highly specialized medical bill review program: the program is primarily focused upon the Wisconsin workers' compensation market. True Course's effectiveness is related to precise dovetailing of the Health EOS by Multiplan PPO and the most comprehensive set of certified databases in Wisconsin. True Course's attention to detail, knowledge of the workers' compensations system, customer service, and expertise in facility-based medical charges has created an unparalleled service. The services are currently provided to a select number of insurance companies and self-insured employers with a major presence in the Wisconsin market.
